Adrian Brien Automotive is seeking a dynamic and driven Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team. As the leading and largest multi franchise automotive dealership across six brands in St Marys, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with government agencies, fleet management organisations, plus direct corporate and fleet customers
- Generate new business and manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets
- Provide expert advice on Fleet Vehicle options, financing, and after-sales support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and energetic from a sales related background
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of fleet management and leasing options
