Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to CEO, key duties and responsibilities are to:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff in the Company. This includes managing correspondence, sometimes confidential; document and records management; collation of information; organising meetings; arranging travel plans/itineraries; maintaining company registers; diary management; and grant acquittals.
- Provide secretarial support to the Company's Board and advisory bodies, including with preparation, compilation, and dispatch of meeting papers and minuting meetings.
- Coordinate and manage events, including organising catering for meetings and bookings for travel and accommodation.
- Assisting in the development of office policies, procedures and forms; onboarding staff; website maintenance; supporting the Company Secretary to ensure all governance regulations are met.
- Perform other duties as required, under the direction of the CEO.

They must be highly efficient with a flair for organisation and an ability to interact confidently and professionally with a broad cross-section of stakeholders. The position will suit someone who has had experience in providing administrative support for small, busy teams, and who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and with limited direction.
