Mission Foods is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Representative to join our NSW Retail Sales team.

Reporting to the NSW Business Development Manager, your day to day activities will include (but not limited to):

• Achieving territory budgets in the retail grocery channel for a designated territory (Sydney Metro/North West)
• Increase the distribution & footprint of our branded products as per corporate guidelines
• Increasing the sales of our corporate brand within trade spend guidelines
• Drive superior relationships across the grocery channel
• Ensure compliance to National/State programs and planograms
• Conduct reviews with key stakeholders on product and account performance.
• Call cycle will include a monthly regional customer visit
• Participate in regular sales meetings
• Utilising and presenting sales data 

 The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in sales within the FMCG industry (preferably as a rep)
• Previous Coles, Woolworths, Metcash experience
• Sales driven with superior level of customer service 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Professionalism as well as exceptional time management skills.  
• A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, ethics.
• High level time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative
• PowerPoint knowledge and basic computer skills 
• Travel is a component of this position
