Key Responsibilities
As our NSW Experience Manager, you'll be the local face of Gevity Rx, spreading the word about our brand and products far and wide. From nurturing relationships with B2B accounts to captivating audiences at community events, your mission is clear: inspire others to embrace a healthier, happier lifestyle.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
- Proactively visit key accounts and groups, speak to buyers and store owners each day, problem-solve, and strategise to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and tastings to drive engagement and boost brand visibility.
- Educate customers on the nutritional benefits of our offerings, empowering them to make informed choices.
- Collaborate with the Experience team to plan and execute promotional events and wellness seminars.
- Forge partnerships with local businesses and organisations to broaden our impact and reach.
About You

- Proven experience in a results-driven customer-facing role such as business development, account management, sales, events or education, preferably within health, fitness or wellness-related industries.
- Strong understanding of nutrition and wellness principles; certifications in a related field are a plus.
- Outrageously good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A creative thinker with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering community engagement.
- A track record of having a positive attitude to problem solving including using initiative, finding solutions rather than problems, and the ability to influence others positively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate event schedules. You’ll typically work one day each weekend but no two weeks are ever the same so flexibility is required.
