About the Role
An integral part of the Mumpara family and based at our Berrimah office, this newly created position will be responsible for all recruitment activities, whilst designing and implementing recruiting procedures, supervise the recruitment team, and ensure compliance with industrial and employee relations legislation.
Fully supported by our QLD Head Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the recruitment team, and tracking results in line with set targets. You will implement sourcing methods for candidates, advise on interview techniques, and build professional networks.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business is highly regarded
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment management or senior recruitment role
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Analytical skills that allow you to analyse the success rates of advertised positions and monitor hiring numbers
