About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Technologists - or Graduate to join Qscan. We have a full time position available that will include working at our Mackay clinic.  Machines in our clinics include GE Discovery SPECT/CT, Siemens Intevo SPECT/CT and Siemens Biograph PET/CT.

You will:

• First and foremost provide compassionate patient care, taking responsibility for patient welfare and confidentiality
• Perform a range of Nuclear Medicine, PET and CT procedures, to produce images of the highest diagnostic quality possible
• Interpret Nuclear Medicine requests and perform appropriate procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies
• Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques/advances 

About YouAlongside your passion for patient-centred care and Applied Science (or equivalent) qualifications, you are a team player who always gives 100%. 

You will also have: 

• Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Current EPA Radiation Licence (or the ability to attain one).
• AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Full time working rights in Australia.
