An amazing opportunity for a passionate Nurse Educator (NE) with ICU experience to join a fast-growing specialist nurse-led healthcare organisation located in St Leonards, NSW.

The NE will work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager who is an experienced leader in the industry, who supports their team  to grow, develop, and succeed. You will also be supported by the Clinical Education team  and encouraged in your passion for educating, training and supporting the next generation of RNs and ENs. 

The NE will review current and create new training materials, transition programs, general staff development courses  and identify resources and create practice guidelines based on the most recent evidence-based practice standards, to support the workforce to excel in their clinical care,

To be eligible to apply:

• Must have experience as a NE within ICU environment (Critical Care/ICU).
• Passionate about inspiring, educating and empowering the next generation of nurses.
• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable).
