Key Responsibilities:
- Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborating closely with surgical teams to maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
- Conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans and offering clinical expertise throughout the process.
- Post operative wound management and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
- Professional Indemnity
- Extensive experience in Orthopaedic private practice
- Full Australian working rights
- PNSA Certified preferred but not essential
- Current Prescriber Number or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
