The Metro South and Ipswich Nephrology and Transplant Service (MINTS) are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team. It's the only super-specialist kidney service in Queensland and provides a world class service in the management of kidney diseases. The primary function of the service is to provide comprehensive, innovative, high quality, efficient, multidisciplinary kidney services that produce high levels of patient satisfaction and world class outcomes within clinically appropriate timeframes in the areas of kidney transplant, dialysis, chronic/acute kidney disease.

About the Role
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
- Participate in the strategic development of a work-based culture that promotes contemporary evidence-based clinical practice through education, learning, research and workforce development.
- Utilise advanced specialist clinical knowledge to evaluate the standard of patient care provided by the healthcare team and reports outcomes associated with findings through collection of data.
