- Current authorisation to practice as a Primary Health Nurse Practitioner in NSW, or significantly working towards same as per NSW Nurse Practitioner guidelines.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and training in relation to the delivery of Primary Health Care.
- Demonstrated ability in Advanced Clinical practice including clinical assessment, diagnosis and planning of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Demonstrated high level of skills in the provision of health education including the ability to develop resources and provide education and training for staff and patients.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
