ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
Are you looking to lead a wonderful Operating Theatre team who are passionate about providing outstanding, quality patient care?
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Nurse Unit Manager in our Operating Theatres at our Kew campus.
This role will be full time , working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in leading the team in delivering excellence in surgical services
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with our leadership team to support effective operational management of our Operating Theatres.

As an outstanding Nurse leader, you are a master at delivering on departmental, site and organisational objectives
Your skills will include:
- The ability to successfully engage with key stakeholders including VMO's
- Exceptional patient and customer experience focus
- Ability to collaborate with, engage and positively motivate staff across a variety of departments
- Experience in delivering quality care in line with NSQHS standards, ACORN standards and best practice.
