About Us: We have a client that is a leading horticulture nursery located in the Illawarra region, dedicated to providing high-quality plants and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable MR Delivery Driver/Nursery Hand to join a dynamic team.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the horticulture industry and a willingness to learn and grow. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering plants and nursery products to customers in the South Sydney area and assisting with various nursery tasks such as propagation, plant care, Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver plants and nursery products to customers.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Perform general nursery tasks such as watering, pruning, and plant care.
- Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Requirements:
- Valid MR driver's license.
- Clean driving record (must provide driving record upon application).
- Knowledge of the horticulture industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
