Reporting directly to the National Nursing Manager, this senior leadership position is responsible for the operational oversight of SA/NT, ensuring their regions team operates at optimal efficiency. The role encompasses the strategic delivery of impactful tactical, process and clinical responses to facilitate the team’s effective performance.
The Nursing Services Manager is expected to employ an enterprise-wide perspective and a human centred approach to strike a sustainable balance between commercial, clinical, contractual and employee imperatives. Proficiency in utilising dashboards, interpreting and generating reports and leveraging data-driven insights is essential for informing strategic actions, setting priorities and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes both within and beyond their respective teams.
About you

This role requires someone with a strong clinical nursing background who has proven experience in an operational leadership role within the health sector. This senior position will see you delve into change management, people utilisation, budget management whilst continuing in what you do best managing a large community clinical team.
Working in a dynamic environment applying your broad multi-disciplinary clinical leadership and management skills, you will think on your feet and problem solve to ensure our consumers are provided with best practice care. You will bring a minimum of 7 years of nursing experience with 5 years in a hands-on leadership role. We require strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and motivate a diverse group of health practitioners. Post graduate qualifications in health management/leadership will be highly regarded.
