Permanent role in Greater Western Sydney for experienced Occupational Therapist to join large NFP organisation. ASAP start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a care focused Occupational Therapist to join an Allied Health team in the early stages of formation, with potential Team Leader opportunities allowing you to grow professionally within a supportive environment.
This role is based in Southwest Sydney, and is a hybrid of in-clinic and community based consulting, local to the hub. Whilst full time is preferred, part time will also be considered.
The Role
You will work with individuals of all ages who are facing physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive challenges to help them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
This will include:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, & developmental abilities
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs & goals
- Implementing therapeutic interventions & activities to improve clients' functional abilities and independence
- Collaborating & providing training to clients, their families & their caregivers on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, & techniques to promote independence
- Documenting clients' progress, treatment plans, & outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards & best practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Current Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s License
- First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
