Due to internal growth we're looking for a passionate & experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team as the 'Occupational Therapy Discipline Lead'.
- Support a family-centered approach to ensure collaborative working
- Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocols
- Develop and carry out structure new graduate program
- Providing training and supervision to the Occupational Therapy team
- Working with children facing challenges in functional and fine motor skills, social participation, sleep, toileting and sensory processing
- Working with families to plan and implement intervention strategies
- Drive progression of services and support growth of the team

What We Need From You:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Experience working with children across a range of conditions
- Experience and commitment working with a family-centered approach
- Experience mentoring and supporting student and junior therapists
- Passionate about supporting junior therapists
- Current drivers license and National Police Clearance
- Current Working With Children's Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
