You will have extensive supervision by senior clinicians, access to weekly professional development, your own working pod, team building & bonding events, as well as external PD events.
You will be provided with the opportunity to be promoted within the company, as they are extremely focused on keeping their valued team members.
The role:
- New graduate role, North Perth
- Community-based with Office locations that you will be regularly working in, with your work pod
- Services include visiting clients' homes, conducting functional capacity assessments, home modifications, equipment prescription, wheelchair railing modifications, home safety assessments, and promoting the overall Health and Wellbeing
- 5 billable hours per day, which you will build up to with support and supervision
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic service to client care
- Attending regular professional development events- including weekly in-house PD sessions arranged by an organisational psychologist- which could be anything from case studies to guest speakers.
- RDO every 6 weeks on a Friday
- Every Friday early finish at 3:00
- Closed for Christmas
- 4 weeks of annual leave
- Birthday celebrations
- The physical environment of the office is very modern, with city views, and modern offices,
- Enjoy having your work pod,
- Fast & updated software programs
- laptop and phone provided
- The safety system in place for when you go to clients' homes & leave them
- Located North of the river, nice local cafes, easy to get to!

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full APHRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver's license and own car
