Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of participants, designing tailored therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes
- Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate participants' functional capacity, both physical and psychological
- Develop participant-centred goals in consultation with clients, leveraging clinical expertise and professional judgment
- Access clinical mentors and leaders for ongoing support and professional development
- Deliver evidence-based support services to enhance participants' life skills and independence
- Assess environments and recommend adaptations, including assistive technology, to facilitate participant inclusion and accessibility
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant allied health discipline
- Valid AHPRA Registration
- National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- Full driver's license and reliable vehicle (car is provided)
- Experience working with NDIS participants
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
