Our client is currently in the process of establishing a new domain and uplifting configurations of the existing Office 365 tenancy to improve user experience and deliver better service outcome to its users. An Office 365 Specialist will play a key role in improving the departments Office 365 tenancy.
Key responsibilities- Work closely with the transition team current service provider and our suppliers to de-risk the existing Office 365 tenancy.
- Contribute to the successful planning and execution of transitioning O365 users from old email address to the new email address.
- Participate in and contribute to the impact analysis workshops with stakeholder in order to plan a seamless transition to the upcoming Office 365 configuration changes.
- Work closely with the transition team to review the current Office 365 tenancy configurations and plan the required configuration changes according to QFES requirements.
- Manage, maintain and administer existing Office 365 tenancy until the service is transitioned to the new service provider.
- Extensive experience in managing and maintaining Office 365 tenancy and its users and configurations.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 E3 and E5 capabilities and features.
- Experience in partnering with stakeholders across different teams.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Security score and translating recommendations to technical activities.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, including Exchange Server and Azure AD.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft PowerShell for Microsoft 365 modules.
