A long established accounting and taxation practice in Bourke Street Melbourne with two Partners. You will be working in a small friendly team reporting to the Office Manager.
The Role- 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (9am to 5:15pm)
- Suit experience applicant looking for part-time role
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Maintain archive and filing system in the office
- Processing outgoing mails
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Invoicing and statements
- Strong phone manner and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- Professional work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with electronic signature application
- Willingness to learn
- Ideally some office experience
