Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts/store department, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate reporting on the progress of orders by the team.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories.
  • Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and supplier and customer information.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to our Estimators, Workshop and Management Teams regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Perform general reception duties, including phone answering 
  • Ad hoc administration duties

What you'll need to bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the accident repair industry will be highly regarded.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Parts interpreting experience, ideally with strong knowledge of heavy vehicle truck parts, accessories and brands.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, always approachable, solutions orientated.
  • Computer literacy including the ability to learn our computer system (iBodyshop)
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Current Forklift Licence (Preferred)
  • Ability to work without supervision, follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Can adhere to workplace policies as well as WHS standard
  • 'Safety always' mindset
