About the Role: As our Office Admin and Scheduling Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative and Scheduling functions. We need someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Resource Management: Ensure our staff, equipment, and supplies are used effectively.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise databases and records.
  • Smooth Workflow Management: Schedule tasks and assignments seamlessly.
  • Effective Communication: Keep staff and clients informed and address their concerns promptly.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in finding and onboarding the best talent.
  • Shift Management: Ensure adequate coverage by monitoring staff availability and managing shifts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police Check
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, presentable car
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (upon successful employment)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
