About the Role: As our Office Admin and Scheduling Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative and Scheduling functions. We need someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Resource Management: Ensure our staff, equipment, and supplies are used effectively.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise databases and records.
- Smooth Workflow Management: Schedule tasks and assignments seamlessly.
- Effective Communication: Keep staff and clients informed and address their concerns promptly.

Essential Qualifications:
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Australian National Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, presentable car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (upon successful employment)
- NSW Working with Children Check
