AddressOur small, family run water treatment and pool servicing business is seeking a part-time administrator. Being a water treatment business servicing pools around the Gold Coast and Brisbane area, business is booming in the summer months when everyone is using their pools.
We estimate around 10-15 hours of work per week in the winter months, and 15-20 hours per week in the summer months.
We are seeking to expand the business and the goal of hiring an administrator is to increase the clientele. Hours of work would increase accordingly.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and interests:
- interest in learning how the pool business works - a basic understanding of processes, systems, common issues and pool servicing will be taught
- successful applicant will man the general phone line so professional phone etiquette is crucial
- willingness to learn to use our client management system
- ability to use computers efficiently is necessary - email, invoicing, Microsoft Word
- experience scheduling work in South East Queensland will be viewed favourably
- customer service experience desirable - friendly attitude a must
