We are looking for a Full / Part timeAdmin Assistant (Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaker will be highly regarded) at our NEW office. If you have a passion and are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment, we encourage you to apply!
Main Role Description
- Greeting customers, answering calls and email enquiries
- Creating Sales orders and invoices
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Office related ad hoc duties which assigned by department head
- 7:00am - 15:00pm during Monday to Friday (No weekend), Flexible arrangement for Part time position
Skills and Attributes required
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Bright personality with excellent communication skills - English is a must
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking are required
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively within it
- An interest and/or knowledge in Japanese food products is advantageous
- A great can-do attitude
- Fresh graduate and returned from work will be considered
- Full working rights in Australia - Valid Australian PR Status (Citizen, Permanent Resident - NOT suitable for Working holiday visa holders)
- Able to work longer than a year
