Pool Pro Products is recognised as one of Australia's leading brands in the supply of Pool and Spa products to Pool Shops throughout Australia. This successful and rapidly growing company is seeking a competent Junior person for our busy Head Office located in Ormeau.
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive, have attention to detail, enthusiastic, bubbly and be able to multi-task in a team environment or autonomously on your own.
You will support the team with various tasks; with a strong focus on order processing, data entry, invoicing, Customer Service, customer sales and enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Processing orders
- Liaising directly with clients via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate delivery dates
- Keeping track of orders and liaising with the warehouse team
- Problem solving client enquiries and resolving in a timely manner
- Invoicing
- Liaising with Sales Representatives
- Processing of payments, filing and all other general office duties.
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a team environment
- Have the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative
- Be confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy, high pressure environment.
- Have computer literacy preferably in MYOB, Xero, Exonet or Microsoft Office.
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Be willing to learn!
