Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Office and Workshop Assistant. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing emails, handling quotes, maintaining websites, and providing assistance in the workshop when needed. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CAD or web design experience is an advantage, but not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails and respond to inquiries promptly
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers
- Maintain and update company websites
- Assist in the workshop with various tasks as needed
