Form of workJob description The OpportunityOn behalf of a large Federal Government Agency in Geelong or Richmond, we are looking for experienced Admin Officers to join the team for a 12 month assignment. This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will pay $43.824 per hour plus super.
The APS4 Admin Officers will provide operational and administrative support working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include; Organising the team email inbox, calendars and appointments Researching and responding to general enquiries Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and papers Support the drafting of written communication and manage documents and databases Receive, analyse and record complaints and feedback Organise travel and finance reconciliation Participate in project management work as directed To be considered you will demonstrate; Strong administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication Strong engagement with stakeholders Organisation and time management skills Experience in the disability, health or aged care…
