Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other office staff to finalize and confirm accuracy of client statements.
Print and distribute client statements in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage the ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring availability of necessary items at all times.
Execute purchasing tasks for clients, adhering to specified requirements and quality standards.
Assist in the maintenance of office records, including data entry and file management.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
