Westwide Electrical is an Electrical Contracting company with over 40 years’ experience providing quality service to the Construction Industry
Based in Osborne Park and reporting to the Projects Manager & Estimator, the Projects Administrator will provide support to the projects department by ensuring that all clerical and administrative duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
This position can be at times fast paced and you will need to be able to think on your feet!
The successful applicant will,
• Maintaining tender register, typing of tenders, quotes, variation and RFI's for current projects
• Procurement of stock/raising of purchase orders to suppliers, and receipting creditors' invoices to Simpro.
• Updating drawings and documents throughout project to subcontractors, including following up of outstanding approvals and information.
• Organising inductions for projects and updating employee records.
• Obtaining and recording subcontractor insurances and details
• Understanding of OHS requirements for the company and job sites.
• Provide safety documentation to workers' on job sites.
• Promote all company policies and procedures.
• General administration and basic accounts experience
• Sharing content on Linkedin
Essential Criteria
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer skills (MS Office,)
• Dedication to customer satisfaction.
As this is a small office, it is required to be adaptable to help out in other areas as needed.
Desirable Criteria
• Basic accounts experience.
• SimPRO experience.
Our preference is for someone with extensive admin experience but we would consider training an office junior with some admin experience.
