Jeyco is an Australian family-owned business in the design and supply of quality mooring, towing and rigging equipment for the marine, mining, defence and oil & gas industries.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Malaga with opportunities for part time or full-time work. Working hours negotiated with successful candidate.
This role provides the opportunity to work within a close knit team in a family owned manufacturing business in Malaga. This role will report to the operations manager.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming calls & action AP emails
- Processing accounts payable invoices prior to months end
- Processing orders to invoices
- Order office stationary & stock if required
- General admin support – data entry/filing
- General sales enquiries & stock management
- Drafting product certification and tags
To be successful in this role you will have a range of skills including:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and the ability to pickup new software and systems quickly
- Experience with MYOB preferred but not required.
- Enjoy interacting with people & a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a small business and contribute to additional tasks where required.
