We are a plumbing & drainage company located in Cranbourne looking for a well presented and organized full time Office Administrator. You will need to be reliable and motivated to assist our managers with all daily tasks. Great time management is an integral part of this position.
You will be working within a small team, who will be dedicated to see you prosper and to learn all aspects of the position within our company. In return, we need someone who works well within a team. Because we are only a small office team., you need to be willing to do all jobs from the menial to the important.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Plumbing & Drainage knowledge is advantageous
- Experience in Simpro or similar
- Experience in Xero
- Ability to liaise with a wide range of individuals
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
Duties will include:
- Monitor a high volume of emails that are time sensitive
- Assisting with project management and accounts
- Scheduling jobs
- Organizing VBA & council documents and certificates
- Answering phone calls
- Data entry
- Printing and scanning
Hours will be 7.00am - 4.00pm
