OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/OFFICE ALL-ROUNDER
Our Company is a Multi-Disciplinary Surveying, Planning, and Design & Project Management Company, operating from Offices at Liverpool and Epping, and providing services to Project Builders, Developers and Infrastructure providers.
We require an Administration / Office All-rounder to support our existing Office Team at our Liverpool Office.
Responsibilities of the Senior Position include:
- Front desk Reception Duties. Receiving, screening and transferring calls.
- Customer Service. Take job orders and bookings nearly all via email.
- Greeting Clients.
- File Initiation and Entry of details into our Database.
- Compilation of Plans and job instructions.
- Procurement of Office Supplies.
- Typing of Reports. (most are 1 or 2 page pro-forma sheets to be completed).
- Creating Invoices generated by completed works.
- Filing as required.
- Preparing outgoing Mail P.O. collection in Liverpool CBD.
- Other general duties as required.
Successful Applicant should possess the following skills:
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, be able to work professionally, and have a good disposition.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & Outlook.
- Accurate Touch Typing (prefer at least 50 wpm)
- Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced Industry.
- Be able to work to deadlines and be able to organise work flow.
- Ability to work within a Team environment.
- Experience working in similar role in office such as project builder, architect, engineer will be highly regarded .
