Job Opening for Part time or Full time (if you prefer) Permanent Office Administration / Receptionist
Part time Hours are 9/00 AM to 2/30 PM Monday to Friday or if you prefer Full time 9/00 AM to 5/00 PM Monday to Friday
A small business, family oriented and staff friendly company looking for a Receptionist/Office Administration

We provide exceptional sales, service and calibration of Test & Measurement Instruments all over Australia with thousands of happy customers.
Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
- Knowledge of MYOB/XERO will be an advantage
- Being a first contact for customers
- Providing administrative support, including filing, archiving, typing, emailing, scanning, photocopying etc
- Following up Work Orders and ensure billing information and requirements are entered into our systems
- Microsoft Office range of products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Stock/goods and receiving and shipping
- Implementing office procedures as directed
- Participating in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars as directed.
- Receiving money and issue receipts
- Invoicing customers as directed
- Paying Invoices approved for payment
- Reconciling bank statements and daily takings
- Preparing financial records as directed by Accountant.
- Providing financial reports as required for the Director
- Maintaining computer-based management systems
- Maintaining records and paperwork as directed.
