OFFICE & ACCOUNT MANAGER / OFFICE ALL ROUNDER
Horsham Aviation Services (HAS) is located at Horsham aerodrome, Victoria, Australia. We are a family run business that has grown since 1989 providing quality aircraft maintenance and offer a wide range of services from Instrument Calibrations to 100 Hourly/ Annual Inspections, Avionic Upgrades & aircraft sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & motivated person who is a self-starter to join our small, friendly unique team. This is a role that can offer a great working environment, and training to the right person in a close knit and supportive team. An attractive hourly rate will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications & experience plus overtime opportunities and super contributions
Work hours are 08.00 to 16.30 hours Mon to Friday with the potential for some overtime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Good understanding and knowledge of a bookkeeping software
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Ledgers
- Electronic Banking
- Financial Reporting
- End of Month
- End of Financial
- Superannuation
- Payroll
- Petty Cash
- Customer service and support
- Computer experience/ skills (including a strong understanding in Microsoft excel,Outlook and Word
- Work well in a busy team environment
- Prior experience in a relevant job roll would be advantageous
- Organisation skills
- Ability to multitask
The Office & Accounts Manager has the overall responsibility to manage the operations of the Office, working closely with parts manager and hangar staff:
