A boutique construction firm located in Balwyn is looking for a self motivated capable person who enjoys a challenge in a professional environment.
This is a permanent part-time position with flexible hours available but would suit standard business hours.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Front Desk Reception
- Answering phones and forwarding messages
- Mail / Banking
- Diary/Calendar Management
- Data entry on MYOB, experience would be preferred
- Contract binding and collating
- Filing
- Liaising with clients
- Social media listing
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional presentation and friendly demeanour
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Great attention to detail is essential
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,
- Knowledge of MYOB Accountants Enterprise preferable
- Must have ability to work unsupervised
- A great attitude and very reliable
- Integrity & confidentiality
