Administration Assistant

Welcome and thank you for looking at our ad!  It’s hard to find staff but we’re keen to add someone great to our team working predominantly Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings, with some extra shifts to cover leave periods.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, is proud of being in a team who provide exceptional support to both our patients and practitioners and feel like you’ve done really rewarding and useful work at the end of each day. If this is you, please apply!

To succeed in this role you will enjoy working with people and providing a high level of customer service, would enjoy working with psychologists (we have two) and psychiatrists (we have 3) in a caring, health care environment.

A receptionist who can work as part of a small team, your job including, billing, phone calls, emails, appointment bookings, patients requests and enquires. We are an all digital practice and use Xestro and Halaxy. Other parts of your time will be transcribing and proofreading letters and updating databases.

You will be the person who picks things up quickly and likes working in a small dynamic team.  You will easily engage with people and be a great problem solver. 

We pay a competitive hourly rate and you must hold or be willing to get a National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.  We pride ourselves on high quality health care, and we are looking for someone who is keen to contribute to the excellent administrative services that we offer.
