About your new role
This role is based in Seven Hills, 5 days in the office.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing information, advice and service to Kids' Early Learning (KEL) customers by understanding their needs and issues to determine mutually beneficial outcomes for them.
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Seven Hills
Contract Duration: 2 months with potential extension
Salary: $34.92 per hour + Super
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administration support to KEL, ensuring that the section meets it regulatory requirements and obligations under approved Policies and Guidelines.
- Representing KEL in a positive way focused on delivering very satisfactory Customer Service through polite, friendly advice, support and behavior.
- Act in accordance with the New South Wales Work Health Safety Act 2011, Work Health Safety Regulation 2017 and the Work Health and Safety Management (WHS) System.
What you will need to succeed
- Strong communication skills & Administrative skills in a high volume business
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration)
- Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations is desirable
- Strong familiarity with website and mobile childcare software applications is desirable
