It is your knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS, our staff and services that plays a vital role in Connect Pathway working at its best, as a friendly and informed organisation assisting the disability community.

You will be responsible for:

  2. Responding and forwarding enquiries made in person, or via phone, email or social media.
  3. Providing assistance with preparation of written materials such as advertising brochures, reports, presentations, meeting minutes etc and managing and updating key information databases.
  4. Providing administrative support to the management team, wider office staff and day program.
  5. Ensuring all Connect Pathway’s social media accounts are updated regularly.
  6. Monitoring and reordering office supplies, trouble shooting and organising technical assistance.
Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the disability sector (NDIS) working in a similar role, i.e. as a support worker, receptionist, office administration etc – minimum 2 years.
  • The ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with a diverse range of stakeholders, but particularly those with disability.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, pre-plan and trouble shoot.
  • A high degree of computer proficiency across word processing, database, spreadsheet and email functions with the capability to become operationally familiar with new systems and programs quickly.
  • A high degree of social media proficiency and literacy, with the ability to administrate accounts appropriately.
