RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Due to our consistent growth, an opportunity has been created for an efficient, knowledgeable and organised professional to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team.
About the role
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is the initial point of contact for customers and clients either by telephone, face to face, or electronic means. The Receptionist meets and greets visitors upon entrance to the office and maintains a neat and tidy appearance within the reception area. The key and primary role of this position is answering and directing phone calls and emails accordingly. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities
Promptly attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries
Screen and direct incoming calls to the relevant staff member or alternatively, take and relay messages in a prompt and timely manner
Warmly greet clients and visitors to the organisation and direct persons to relevant areas by ensuring that the reception area is supervised at all times
Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distributing to relevant Strata Managers on a daily basis
Sending out correspondence, such as meeting agendas and minutes, to our clients as required.
Preparation and forwarding levy contribution notices
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
Maintain a well-groomed and business like appearance
Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
Proactively support other team members within the company

Ability to work within a fast paced environment
