AddressA Part-time Medical Receptionist position has become available at Sutherland Nuclear Medicine & Bone Mineral Density, located across the road from Sutherland Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will fit in well with our current team. Regular shifts for this position will initially be Monday & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (limited overtime may be required). Regular shifts will change to Thursday & Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm from January 2025. Cover of a share of annual and sick leave for the remaining days of the week is required. The role will be a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Excellent computer literacy is required (Windows operating systems). Previous medical experience is preferable, but not essential.

• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Medical terminology desirable
• Understanding of Medicare desirable
• Professional phone manner
• Experience with COMRAD medical software desirable.
