About the role
The Earthmoving Division has an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator. Based at our Erskine Park facility, this role is suited to a well organised person with a positive attitude and works well in a team and actively helps others. Reporting to the National Administration Manager, you will work alongside three other administrators to provide office support across several departments within the business.
Duties
- Assist the National Administration Manager in daily Administration tasks
- Creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Process Expense Claims and Authorisation
- Asset Request and Register Maintenance
- Maintain office supplies and uniforms
- Coordinate new starter equipment and inductions
- Co-ordinate for travel requirements, meeting and events
- Admin ad hoc tasks
Skills & experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Business Administration advantageous but not essential
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritising multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to learn
