About the Company
Latitude Accountants is an established accounting firm based in Sydney Olympic Park. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our team with an Office Administrator based in our new Sydney Olympic Park Office. The position is well suited for a school leaver looking for full-time work as no experience is required.
About the Role
This is a full-time in office position, working 9am – 5:30 Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Practice Manager your duties will include,
- Answering phones and emails
- Greeting clients
- Mail and document management
- Data entry
- Kitchen and office maintenance
- Maintaining office supplies
- Assistance in sales meetings
- Assist with reporting
- General administrative and ad hoc tasks
About you
To be successful in this position you need to be a quick learner and have a “can do” attitude.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
- Professionally presented
- Punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Friendly phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ideally Highschool or University graduate
- Australian Citizen
