About the roleWe currently have a full-time opportunity for an Office Administrator based at our Welshpool facility. Under the direction of the Office Manager, The Office Administrator shall be responsible for coordinating and undertaking administration activities in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner to support the Division.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Receive and review weekly timesheets, identify anomalies, reconcile against leave applications, and escalate issues for resolution to the respective Manager in preparation for payroll processing.
- Provide Administrative support to the team as required.
- Follow established processes as well as manage and support the business in the effective use of the system to achieve business objectives.
- Data Entry into company used systems for invoicing, billing etc.
- Maintaining files, records, and documents as per company standards
- Responding to email and phone queries, maintaining a high focus on customer service
- Administrative reporting as required.
- Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review vehicle run sheets to ensure all required information has been completed – liaise with relevant management to complete.
- Coordinate uniform orders.
- Other administrative tasks as required from time to time.

- Motivated Self Starter
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at any one time.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Intermediate computer skills – experience in using company specific computer systems for data entry purposes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in an Accounting background would be beneficial.
- Experience in Xero or unleashed software would be beneficial.
