Beefcorp Australia is a family owned Wagyu beef company established for over 30 years.
We are seeking an onsite Office Administrator for our "state of the art" 8,000 head feedlot and farming property in the Southern Riverina.
This is a great opportunity for a competent and reliable person to join our team with a variety of administration duties.
We are seeking someone who will embrace our company culture of teamwork, care for our people, cattle and farms in producing our premium branded Wagyu beef .
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Operation of Feedlot Weighbridge to receive commodities including testing of Barley, Hay and Straw on arrival.
- Operation of feedlot software (FY3000, Feedbunk, Stockaid) for reporting requirements.
- Maintain and file commodity dockets and commodity receival registers.
- HR administration including staff onboarding and training documentation.
- Maintain staff uniform, ppe and amenities stocks.
- Conduct commodity sampling to send for testing.
- Data entry and record keeping.
Skills and experience
- Experience with computers and Microsoft office.
- Experience with Elynx software suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to error-check.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, pride and keenness to get the job done.
- Willingness to learn.
- Team player and able to work with other company staff to ensure the feedlot operates to a high standard.
- This is an in-office position, requiring the selected candidate to work from the site office.
