Benchmark Systems is an established security company located in Booragoon WA.
We currently require a mature and experienced Office Administrator to work 2 Days per week.
- Administration: Typing, Filing, Document Preparation, Emails, Answering Telephone.
- Accounts: Receivable/Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Debt Collection, quarterly BAS
- Payroll: weekly payroll, as well as compliance with Superannuation, PLSL, PAYG, Awards and Contracts.
- Personal Assistant duties to the Directors and the Team
- Job costing
- Preparation & Implementation of Safety Documentation
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Applicants will meet the following criteria:
- Experienced in MYOB Accounting - 2yrs Min.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft products, especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word etc;
- Certificate IV in bookkeeping is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally looking for a secure, long-term position
- Is reliable and trustworthy and works with a high degree of accuracy.
The applicant we require will be organised and meticulous with their standard of work.
They will be able to work in a small Blue-Collar environment, sometimes working alone, with adaptable attitude towards moving forward and growing the business.
