We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to execute high-performing administrative services within our small HQ team.

Your Opportunity
As one of our Office Administrators, you will deliver perfectly executed administration and support to a small, high-performing team. This role will be based at our office in Williamtown and requires an expert multitasker with a high degree of initiative, who works well under pressure, has excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Your duties and responsibilities may include:
- Standard office / administration responsibilities (phone, email, visitor reception, managing calendars, taking minutes, booking meetings and coordinating agendas)
- Facilities management including co-ordinating routine cleaning, equipment servicing and ad-hoc maintenance.
- Maintaining documents and systems in accordance with relevant records management policies.
- Arranging travel and accommodation logistics using travel service providers and providing itineraries to travellers.
- Managing office supplies and uniform stock levels, purchasing, issuing and receipting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Data entry and record keeping, including financial systems, reconciliations and costing support.
- Planning, arranging functions, events and supporting marketing material.
About you
As an experienced administrator with well-developed coordination and problem-solving skills, you will have very high attention to detail and strive for excellence in execution. We pride ourselves on accuracy, precision and high-quality solutions. You will also have:
- A minimum 3+ years office admin experience
- A strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative to solve problems
- Accountability: taking ownership for actions
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Office skills (SharePoint experience desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
