The Company

Our Client is a reputable and dynamic law firm based in Brisbane. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients, they are dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment for their winning team. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage conference rooms, and meeting schedules for lawyers and clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Enter information/ scan documentation into the Legal Practice Management System
Qualifications: 
  • At least six months experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a law firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
