The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office by performing various administrative and operational tasks.
This includes maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure office/kitchen is well stocked, clean & tidy
- Check mail and distribute
- Answer phones
- Keep Contact List up to date
- Check Info email and send to relevant recipients
- Water plants
- Grocery & Stationary Ordering
- Maintain Office Register
- Set up new job folders on Hammertech
- Maintain First Aid kits for sites
- Assist Site Manager with site setup – iPad, Wi-Fi, printers, signage, etc.
- Manage and order staff clothing & PPE
- Update & manage staff training register
- Organise Staff trainings
- Set up new employees with laptops, workstations, stationery, clothing, etc.
- Keep insurance up to date in Hammertech
- General office duties including scanning, filing, binding
- Set up security codes for staff & building tenants
- Point of contact for building tenants
- Organise staff events, including Christmas Party
- Communicate with IT re on & off-boarding employees
- Booking accommodation, travel & lunches
- Assisting Directors with general PA duties
- Social Media Posts
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong Organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction experience would be beneficial
