The Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- General Administration: Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including liaising with building management and external vendors as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.
- Document Management: Organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Assistance to Leadership: Providing administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, expense tracking, and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration role, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and find creative solutions.
