Job description

This is a Receptionist position with an exclusive boutique real estate office that has been operating in the City for the last ten years! With a tight-knit and committed team of experienced staff members, this real estate agency pride themselves on their personalised service and follow up.  

The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be required to:

  • Answering and diverting calls
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Mail, banking, filing
  • General support for the Sales & Property Management teams
  • Provide full administration support to a small team of agents
  • Database management and updates on the intranet
  • Assist with social media/marketing for the agency
  • General ad hoc duties 
Skills & Experience:
  • A current Certificate of Registration is preferred however not essential
  • Have a great attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
