We are currently seeking a vibrant Office Administrator to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Sydney office. You will be driving key administration projects, assisting consultants by resourcing top talent for high level roles, providing daily reporting for the office, and giving top-quality support to a busy team of consultants.

Some of what you will take ownership of include:
- Support to a busy team of recruitment consultants
- Social media initiatives to improve talent flow
- Assisting recruitment consultants in resourcing top talent for their markets
- Liaising with our temp candidates on any issues they are having
- Taking our temp candidates through online inductions
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reports using Excel
- Assisting in staying on top of credit checks and site assessments
- Manage OH&S compliance matrix for staff
- Assisting leadership team
- General day to day office duties
- Ad hoc projects such as research, assistance with event management for charity days and internal events
You'll need to have:
- Minimum 1+ years experienceinOffice Administration role
- Strong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail
- A high level of initiative
- The drive to manage various business critical projects
- An outgoing and bubbly personality
- Exceptional communication and corporate presentation
